Your host Maurizio di Febo awaits your arrival to ensure you the most pleasant stay.The villa dates back to the 18th century set in the classic Sienese landscape of cypress-lined avenues, castles and farms with vineyards and olive groves. The location of il Palazzotto is 30km south from Siena giving easy access for daytrips to all over Tuscany. The property sleeps 12 people with 6 double bedrooms and 6 baths. The 2 level masonry villa opens out to a vast terrace garden with terra cotta planters and vine shaded pergola where you can enjoy candle-lit dining "al fresco" with sunset views. This property has 200 acres of land including natural Mediterranean woods. A few step up on the adjacent terrace is the private 30 foot long swimming pool and a sunbathing area overlooking the Crevole river valley. Located upstairs are the six spacious bedrooms. The owners have taken great care to provide you with the highest quality accomodations. The bedrooms are decorated with country furniture, art and antiques and each has a pleasant view. The 4 corner bedrooms have private, en-suite bathrooms, all equipped with showers and modern facilities. All of these bedrooms have queen sized bed, one includes an extra day-bed. The 2 remaning bedrooms are in the middle, one with a queen size canopied bed, the other with a twin bed. One bathroom with shower is located off the corridor, the 6th bath with shower is located downstairs. Meals can be reserved and prices vary from 15 to 22 € (lunch) and from 21 to 26 (dinner), wine and soft drinks excluded.
